加拿大使馆文化处发来通知，2007年度加拿大短期访问研究奖学金（SACS）申请开始，希望各个中心成员之间相互转告，广泛宣传。此项研究访问奖学金专门支持中国的加拿大研究学者对加拿大进行为期五周的短期访问，申请截止日期是2006年12月24日，明年4月底公布15人的入榜名单。附件是申请说明（中、英、法文）和申请表。也可以通过使馆网址（Education页）下载。往年成功访问者名单和课题可以看ACSC网站。

We are pleased to inform you that the Canadian Embassy in China is currently seeking candidates for the 2007 Special Award for Canadian Studies (SACS). Established in 1989, this award provides Chinese scholars with the opportunity to spend five weeks visiting Canadian educational institutions and meeting with Canadian scholars to do research and gather material related to Canadian issues. Upon their return to China, participants are expected to teach or integrate Canadian content in their courses and/or publish scholarly articles or books on Canada. This program has proven to be quite successful since 1989. This important program allows new Chinese scholars to be introduced to Canada and scholars with a longer involvement in Canadian studies to do punctual research and exchange with their peers in Canada.
